Fordorsia Hardsuit Mk.1 ''Praetorian''
Developed in 1940, the Mk.1 was Fordorsia's first combat Hardsuit. As World War 2 was getting into full swing, Fordorsian officials knew that all allied nations in the war were in danger of invasion. This meant that more powerful weapons were needed if Fordorsia was to be adequately defended.
The Mk.1 featured two cameras mounted on the helmet which were used for primary vision. If these cameras became nonoperational, the helmet could be electronically opened slightly to allow for unimpeded vision. If the helmet were to have a malfunction or get badly damaged, small explosives on the rim would throw the helmet from the suit and allow the operator to continue his mission.
With the main body and helmet being water, and if needed, air tight, oxygen tanks are mounted on the front of the helmet which would allow the operator to breath for a limited time underwater or in other hazardous areas.
x1 Mk.2 HMG (600 rounds)
x1 Lengthened Mk.2 Combat Knife
Despite being well armed and protected, the Mk.1 never saw action on the front lines of World War 2 as it was deemed too slow and costly. It still saw service defending the Fordorsian Mainland against invasion and was popular with close protection officers.
