Fordorsia AMR Mk.4 by Airborneleaf Fordorsia AMR Mk.4 by Airborneleaf
Fordorsia AMR Mk.4

Caliber: 20x105mm

Range: 2000 yards

Rate of Fire: Bolt Action

Magazine Capacity: 3

Designed in 1999 and adopted by the Fordorsian Military in 2002, the Mk.4 is intended for use against fortified positions and lightly armoured vehicles.
Due to it's relatively light weight, sniper teams have no trouble transporting it on foot and it will often be seen carried unloaded over the soldiers shoulder or even cradled in their arms instead of removing the barrel and carrying the rifle in a sheath.
As well as land troops, the Mk.4 is popular with the Fordorsian Coast Guard for dealing with pirates and creatures of the depths. The Fordorsian Rural Guard also has a number Mk.4's strapped to it's fleet of patrol vehicles "just in case".

In 2006, a model with wooden furniture was introduced to appease the large amount of Fordorsians who wanted one.

It makes no practical sense, but I find myself wanting to see a snub-barreled version of this beast. ;)

That wooden furniture, mate. It's glorious.

Although, you seem to have forgotten the anti-Draugr use of the rifle.

I doubt any Draugr would wander out of the tombs to where this thing is effective.

Although that gives me an idea.

Well, you never know. I mean, there are Draugr found wandering the Tsavonian countryside from time to time, not to mention the larger concentrations of them found in the Schwarzwald. I'm not sure about your nation, though.

And, do tell.

So far in the history, no Draugr have ever been found in Fordorsia. Not sure if that will change.

I'm now thinking of making a heavily sawn-off version and including a short story of a Fordorsian-Ulfran tomb assault, in which said sawn-off rifle will be used.

You lucky bastards.

That'd be something. Would an Ulfran be wielding it?

Obviously. Not even a Tsavonian would use it. Unless he's been drinking, of course.

Some might even use it without drinking!
